About the Flat
This 1-bedroom holiday home comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen with an oven and washing machine. The holiday home also offers a bathroom with a shower.

It has a large open plan sitting/dining room with TV & Wifi and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities.
NOTE: The flat is situated on the first floor with two fights of outside steps to the entrance, so therefore it is not suitable for some disabled visitors. Sorry, no children or pets

The Living Room
A relaxing room with a sofa, and easy chair and a side table. A Dining table and desk, a fire, flat screen TV.
The living room leads into the Conservatory with views over the back garden and the South Downs
The Bedroom
The Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, carpet and curtains. The wardrobe is supplied with clothes hangers.
The bed linen is supplied with extra pillows and blankets.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, kettle and refrigerator. All cutlery and crockery is supplied as are pots and pans.
There is an automatic washing machine, an iron and a folding clothes drier.
The Bathroom
The private bathroom has a shower and toilet facilities, and towel rail. Toilet paper, toiletries, and towels are supplied.
A hairdryer is also available.
The Conservatory & Outside Space
The Conservatory over looks the rear garden of BrynClai towards the south west with views of the South Downs.
It is furnished with a wicker sofa and chair so is ideal for watching some of the gorgeous sunsets.
It has a ceiling fan to keep cool in the summer.
